According to a news release, the man headed home around 7:30 p.m. but never arrived. The man is diagnosed with diabetes and family members were concerned he might not have his medication with him. Police thanked the community for sharing the man’s photo and helping to get him home.

Jonte was described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds and having hazel eyes and gray hair.

Bernard C. Raffestin, 81, and his wife Anna, 90, were reported missing after last being seen Saturday. The Tallahassee Police Department notified family members that the couple was safe and a nephew who lives in Tallahassee went to go pick them up. "I'm extremely glad this couple has been found safely," Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said. "This is a prime example of our community and state working together to protect our elderly residents.
