It's estimated that as many as 70,000 "boonie" dogs live on the U.S. island territory of Guam, which has a population of just 173,000 people. One of those dogs -- a pup named Socks -- captured the heart of an Air Force Reserve Master Sergeant from Valdosta, Georgia. And our News4JAX community helped them reunite.
