A Tornado Warning has been issued for Duval and St. Johns counties until 4:15 p.m.

Damaging gusts will be the primary hazard with thunderstorms moving in this evening.

A Tornado Warning was issued for parts of northern St. Johns County and southern Duval County on Sunday evening.

The tornado watch has been canceled in the Georgia counties of Brantley, Camden, Charlton and Glynn. Wednesday the clouds build back up, with decent chances for a passing shower and cool temperatures in the mid 60s. Thursday will be a little cloudy, breezy and warm, with highs climbing into the toasty low 80s. Friday will be cooler, cloudy and breezy, with a line of showers and thunderstorms pushing through ahead of a big cool down. The weekend will be cold and sunny, starting in the mid 30s and only topping out in the upper 50s. Sunday will be a little nicer, starting out in the 40s and topping out in the 60s.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A line of severe storms that swept through Tallahassee and spawned a probable tornado that damaged the airport a midday is continuing to move east. A tornado warning was issued that includes White Springs and Winfield until 2:45 p.m. but was allowed to expire with no apparent damage as the strong front moved east -- toward the Jacksonville metro area. The Tallahassee International Airport reported damage from the storm and was shut down briefly about noon.
