A man who lost his home in an apartment fire at University Park on Tuesday night is not sure what his next move will be, but he still has a smile on his face.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A young man was critically injured in a crash Thursday night in the University Park area of Arlington, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. The crash was reported around 9 p.m. on University Boulevard at Primrose Lane. JSO said the young man appeared to be in his 20s. A witness told police that the SUV was traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on University Boulevard North when the driver lost control and crashed head-on into the tree on the opposite side of the road. No one else was in the SUV, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
