The league cautioned that Wednesday is a tentative rescheduling date for the game against the Pistons, and is “pending additional test results." Tuesday's game becomes the 31st postponed this season because at least one team was unable to play in accordance with the league's health and safety policies related to the coronavirus pandemic. The Raptors have been without coach Nick Nurse and five other staff members since late last week because of virus-related issues.

The franchise is launching “Get in the Game,” an organization-wide voter registration drive that kicks off Tuesday with the goal of motivating fans to register to vote and get more involved in the community. In the first half of the campaign, Jaguars players and coaches are calling for fans to register to vote before Oct. 5. Once the deadline passes, the messaging will pivot toward encouraging voter turnout ahead of the general election in November. The team has also created a resource on its website containing details about voter registration and key deadlines.

Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin said on Tuesday that if theres a season, that game should still be held in Jacksonville. Georgia athletic director Greg McGarity followed that on Thursday when he told the DawgNation website the game would remain in Jacksonville. Scott and I spoke about this on Monday and agreed the game would remain in Jacksonville, McGarity told the website. Stricklin said on Tuesday that if games are being played this year, then he thinks the Florida-Georgia game should be held where it always is.
