JACKSONVILLE, Fla. โ€“ Thursday night, 14 students who earned the right to say theyโ€™re the best spellers in their counties will take the stage in the First Coast Spelling Bee. The event, held at Jacksonville Universityโ€™s Terry Theatre, will be televised on Channel 4 and streamed on News4Jax.com. Hereโ€™s a preview of the students who will compete for the 2020 First Coast title and a trip to Washington D.C. to compete in the nationally-televised Scripts Spelling Bee.
