Naval Ship Association plans to tow the USS Orleck from Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Jacksonville. After regulatory approval, the Naval Ship Association has several steps to take before it can tow the USS Orleck from Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Jacksonville.
