JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A pothole that opened in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 southbound at the end of the Fuller Warren Bridge closed three lanes overnight, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Lanes of I-95 between San Marco Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard were closed about 1:30 a.m. so construction crews could patch the hole. The Florida Department of Transportation said due to cold temperatures it took longer for the emergency repair to set and gain the needed strength to open to traffic.
