Heavy traffic on I-95 NB at Old St. Augustine Rd. due to crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Rescue crews are at the scene of a traffic crash on I-95 Northbound at Old St. Augustine Road. 

News4Jax is told one person is trapped. There are no lanes blocked but traffic is moving slow through the area.
