JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash Friday night on I-95 northbound near Bowden Road brought lanes of traffic to a halt near Bowden Road.
Just before 9:30 p.m., only one northbound lane of traffic appeared to be flowing. Details of the crash were not immediately provided.
