JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Thursday night crash has closed all southbound lanes on Blanding Boulevard at the 103rd exit, according to FL511.
FL511 reported the closure began around 10:30 p.m. As of 11 p.m., the website reported the lanes were still closed.
