JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash that involved a JEA power pole on Tuesday morning shut down all lanes of Philips Highway (U.S. 1) between St. Augustine and Emerson roads for about two hours.
The crash was reported around 8:15 a.m.
JEA reported a small outage in the area related to the damaged power pole.
Emergency vehicles could be seen on a Department of Transportation camera blocking all lanes of Philips Highway, but the scene was mostly cleared by 10:15 a.m.
