City Council to Discuss Lot J Project

Jacksonville's city council will meet to discuss the Downtown Investment authority's analysis of the multi- million dollar proposal to turn Lot J into a mega entertainment venue. Joining me now is Jacksonville city Councilman and co-chair of the finance committee -- Matt Carlucci.
