New proposed stimulus program for local small businesses

Jacksonville's City Council is considering a bill that would provide another stimulus payment for small business owners in Duval County. Councilwoman, LeAnna Cumber, proposed it to the council earlier this month. Councilwoman Cumber joins us on The Morning Show to explain how her proposal works.
