Voters boosted Democrat Rapahel Warnock to victory in one of two Georgia runoff elections. He defeated Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler. It's one of 2 races to determine the balance of power in the US Senate. The other has Democrat Jon Osoff leading GOP candidate David Purdue.. and the remaining precincts to be counted lean heavily Democratic. To analyze that.
