Lawsuit against Duval County School Police department

A new lawsuit filed in federal court accuses the Duval County School Police department of not doing enough to prevent a shooting that killed one and hurt two others in 2018. The lawsuit is part of one family's legal fight that started after their daughter was caught in the crossfire following a high school football game.
