Aiden Fucci makes 1st appearance in Volusia County

Aiden Fucci, 14, was ordered to be held in Juvenile Justice custody for 21 days while the State Attorney's Office decides whether to charge him as an adult in the death of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey.
