Body camera footage: Teens steal 2 Kia cars within hours as part of TikTok trend, Volusia deputies say

Three teens suspected of stealing two Kia cars in a matter of hours were arrested on Tuesday, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, and deputies believe they were taking part in a social media trend.
