Tampa police, Jacksonville sheriff announce 3 arrests in murder of rapper Julio Foolio

Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw, Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez and Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters announced the arrests of three people Monday afternoon and said there are also warrants out for two other people believed to have been triggermen in the murder of Charles Jones, also known as rapper Julio Foolio.
