Hurricane Helene's impact get worse on Thursday as winds pick up

As of Wednesday at 11 p.m., the National Hurricane Center said Hurricane Helene is moving toward the north at 9 mph, with sustained winds upwards of 85 mph, and this motion should continue through this evening.
