Cell phone video shows panic, chaos after Sapelo Island dock gangway collapse

Georgia authorities said Sunday they are investigating the “catastrophic failure” of a dock gangway that collapsed and killed seven people on Georgia's Sapelo Island.  Cell phone video revealed the panic and chaos that ensued as elderly victims were pulled from the Atlantic waters of the Georgia barrier island.
