18-year-old arrested after shooting 21-year-old in stomach at the Tulsa Welding School

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, 18-year-old Kameron Lowe was booked into jail Thursday, and the arrest report says a professor at the Tulsa Welding School was helpful in identifying who he was.
