JFRD brings in heavy equipment as football field size area of rubber continues to burn on Northside

 Fourteen hours into battling a massive fire at a Northside recycling facility, the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it was bringing in heavy equipment to tackle the burning rubbish pile made mostly of ground-up tires.
