JFRD Capt. Eric Prosswimmer gives update on massive Northside fire

JFRD spokesman Capt. Eric Prosswimmer gave a live update on The Morning Show about a massive fire at a recycling facility on Jacksonville's Northside. He said the burning rubber is acrid and to avoid the smoke at all costs.
