JFRD hopes to extinguish massive fire at Northside recycling facility

Fifteen hours into battling a massive fire at a Northside recycling facility, the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said its heavy equipment team was still tackling the burning rubbish pile made mostly of ground-up tires.
