Former JSO detective will spend next 24 years behind bars for enticing a minor to engage in sex

A former member of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit who pleaded guilty in July to enticement of a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity was sentenced to more than 24 years in federal prison on Thursday.
