Jacksonville woman jailed after abandoning sickly disabled child at hopsital

Months after a special needs child was dropped off at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in extremely poor condition, her caregiver was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse and child neglect with great bodily harm.
