2024 Barbell Bash

The event was hosted by Foundation of Strength-- its an organization that helps athletes with special needs learn skills like weightlifting.  Many of these athletes compete in the Special Olympics game-- but today's event was to help showcase all of the abilities that this athletes have learned while also staying healthy.
