‘Simply blown away’: Veterans community comes together to honor life of man many of them never knew

Richard Watkins was a U.S. Army veteran who didn't have many other family members besides his brother and niece. Still, on Tuesday, he was surrounded by his extended family of veterans in Jacksonville as they came to honor his life.
