Man dies after being struck by off-duty JSO officer’s vehicle in New Town neighborhood

A man in his mid-40s died after being struck by an off-duty Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office police officer’s vehicle on his way to work in the New Town neighborhood on Saturday morning.
