JSO arrests final suspect wanted in Julio Foolio murder

The fifth person accused in the murder of a Jacksonville rapper known as “Julio Foolio” was arrested on Monday. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the SWAT team moved in on 27-year-old Davion Murphy at an apartment complex on Labelle Street.
