Paxon students honor Bessie Coleman with artistic tribute

Students at Paxon School for Advanced Studies gathered on Tuesday to pay tribute to Bessie Coleman, a pioneering figure in aviation history. Coleman holds the distinction of being the first African-American woman to earn a pilot’s license and fly in the United States.
