Shooting that killed 7-year-old Breon Allen connected to rap song, warring Jacksonville gangs

The shooting death of 7-year-old Breon Allen Jr. in January has direct ties to an ongoing feud between rival Jacksonville gangs who are also involved in making rap music, according to the arrest warrants of the four men now facing charges in his death.
