Patient’s death sparked investigation that exposed fake nurse in Clay County, court documents show

A woman who helped her fiancé pose as a nurse in Clay County was arrested along with the fiancé in Michigan on Monday, Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook announced Tuesday. While posing as a nurse, according to investigators, the fiancé oversaw the care of an elderly man who died of natural causes less than six months ago.
