Sons file wrongful death lawsuit against St. Simons Island dentist charged with father's murder

The two sons of a Georgia man deputies say was shot and killed by his partner in their home have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against her. The woman charged in the fatal shooting owned a St. Simons Island dental practice.
