Jacksonville man dies after being crushed between bulldozer, dump truck in Clay County

According to the FHP incident report, a 45-year-old man parked and exited the dump truck he was driving after finishing processing his load of material. As the man stood near the rear of the dump truck, the operator of a bulldozer, a 44-year-old woman from Middleburg, did not see him and backed up in the direction of the dump truck, troopers said.
