‘Welcome Home’: Vietnam War veterans to be honored during ceremony on USS Orleck Friday

Saturday marks 50 years since the last United States troops left Vietnam, officially ending the war. It has become known as National Vietnam War Veterans Day as a way to give them the recognition many say they never received when they returned home after the war. There is a special ceremony planned Friday afternoon on the USS Orleck to honor those veterans.
