Talks over new jail ramp up at Jacksonville City Hall

Talks about constructing a new Duval County jail are gaining momentum at Jacksonville City Hall. Council members Michael Boylan and Will Lahnen held a public meeting Friday afternoon to discuss the project, which is estimated to cost around $1 billion.
