Elevating their mission: Jacksonville faith-based organization’s move from basement to new building expands its reach

A Jacksonville faith-based organization that gives resources to people fighting poverty is moving to a new location later this year. The Downtown Ecumenical Services Council, also called DESC, needs a bigger space to be able to help more people as it typically serves at least 7,000 people every year.
