'Release My Daughters' seminar, brunch aims to empower all women

There are as many as 14,000 women veterans in Northeast Florida, the largest concentration in the state. Many of these women are dealing with trials and tribulations, including homelessness. The "Release My Daughters" event this weekend is aimed at empowering all women.
