Historian known as ‘Nostradamus’ of election predictions shares his call for 2024

Historian Allan Lichtman from American University has been called the Nostradamus of presidential elections. He predicted nine of the last 10 elections correctly. And he has a prediction as to who will win the Oval Office in the 2024 presidential race.
