Women's History Month: Judge Rhonda Peoples-Waters

Rhonda Peoples-Waters, a longtime Jacksonville attorney, made history in 2020 when she became the first Black woman elected judge in Duval County. The victory came 11 years after her first attempt to become a Duval County judge.
