Mom inspired, ghoul approved- DIY Witches Hat Cookies

Ingredients: Fudge Stripe cookies Hershey’s Kisses Orange icing Instructions: Put a frying pan on low heat Melt the bottom of a Hershey’s Kiss by placing it in the oven for a minute or so. Once melted, carefully place the Kiss on the full chocolate side of a Fudge Stripe cookie to create the hat. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden.
