What’s the latest happening in downtown Jacksonville NOT connected to the sports district? The five-block Gateway transformation Downtown at Union and Pearl is an almost $500 million project to build apartments, retail, restaurants, etc., by the group that redeveloped Downtown Tampa. Two of the key players in the project join host Kent Justice, along with the leader of Jacksonville’s Downtown Investment Authority, and Karen Brune Mathis from the Jax Daily Record.
