ABOUT
"Voices of the 904," hosted and created by Kendra Mazeke, is a podcast featuring in-depth conversations with everyday people reshaping the city’s creative identity and pushing back against the narrative that Jacksonville is “boring.”
It is a show centered around the heart of the Jacksonville community.
Each episode acts as an introduction to the familiar faces and underrepresented changemakers working behind the scenes to move the city forward — whether through programs, events or creative ventures.
More than a podcast, the show serves as a platform for visibility and connection, building 904 pride and strengthening community.
The tagline really sums it up:
“Jacksonville’s story, told by the ones creating it.”
New episodes drop Thursdays at noon and are available on popular streaming platforms.
