What do you see as the top three issues in this race, and how do you plan to address them?
Infrastructure is always an issue. How can we improve these issues for each neighborhood?
Completely and properly!
Family opportunities are in need of attention.
Our future depends on our present. We need to put a greater emphasis on activities for families to grow and enjoy. We have many areas in our communities that are not being used to their best use. I believe we should find ways to offer these areas to families and friends for their enjoyment.
Plan for the future through education and best use practices. Our natural resources are under stress. Our planet is continually changing. We must learn to protect and use these gifts wisely. We must conserve them for our children and our future.
How can you help voters in a way that others running for this office cannot?
As the voice for my community, I will offer opportunities on a regular basis for citizens to offer their input and concerns. I believe in tranparency and fair help to all in our county. Our funds should be allocated wisely and fairly and should benefit everyone in Columbia County - not just a select few.
I believe it is imperative to be more than just a phone contact. Citizens need a voice to get to the root of a problem and to seek out solutions that resolve the issue. I believe the members of the community should be educated on upcoming issues. Through this sharing of information, together, we can create the best solution for our future. By offering convenient opportunities to share concerns, I will be better able to represent the families in my community.
We are all team members with a vested interest in providing for and maintaining our community. Team work...makes the dream work! However, a dream is just that, unless we turn that dream into a goal and then work together to bring the goal into fruition!
What would you hope to be remembered for accomplishing after serving in this office?
I hope to be remembered for bringing the community together and providing lasting projects everyone benefitted from. I hope I was able to gather information fairly and wisely, made decisions for our county while keeping in mind the potential in our future, and then invested and helped our projects to actually be realized.
