JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A popular Jacksonville restaurant reopened Thursday night for the first time since Hurricane Irma.
Clark's Fish Camp Seafood Restaurant in Mandarin had been shut down since the storm in September.

The restaurant has been known to be prone to flooding.
Steve Morris, the manager of Clark's Fish Camp, told News4Jax on Friday that there is still a long recovery ahead.
"Everyone in the city has been going through the same thing to get back open," he said.
Morris added that he is grateful for his regular customers who made sure to show up for the restaurant's grand reopening.
For perspective, employees recorded on a pole how high floodwaters got during Irma.
