Cold air expected to thwart development

The National Hurricane Center is tracking a development in the Central Atlantic.

A non-tropical low is expected to form in the next couple of days northeast of Bermuda.

As the low could develop some subtropical characteristics it is expected to lose growth and dissipate.

It has a zero percent of developing over the next two days and a 30 percent chance of developing in the next 7 days.
