Rain moves on as better weather moves in

Dry days to help dry out heavy rain

Rain totals from Thursday's heavy rain.

Yesterday’s heavy rain has cleared leaving behind many clouds and humid air. Only isolated showers are possible today with most targeting southern Georgia.

Highs reach the mid-80s today and tomorrow before a cold front moves in Saturday night.

The good news is that the sticky air and heat take a week-long break starting Sunday when highs drop into the 70s.
