NOW: Mostly sunny skies inland, cloudy towards the beaches with the possibility of rain along the coast. Sea fog could develop, as well. Temperatures will stay mild throughout the early evening past sunset.
TONIGHT: Clouds will build overnight with rain and no to rule out an isolated thunderstorm. Temperatures stay warm with the cloud coverage.
TUESDAY: Waking up to rain. Showers will start to decrease early afternoon leaving us mostly dry by sunset. The temperatures will drop quickly after dark into the mid-20s inland. NE FL coast and St. Johns counties will stay right around freezing.
FIRST FREEZE: A Hard Freeze Watch in effect Tuesday night into Wednesday morning for all of SE GA, Baker, Columbia, Hamilton, Suwannee and Nassau counties; as well as a Freeze Watch for most of Duval, part of St. Johns and Putnam counties.
REST OF THE WEEK: Wednesday will drop into the upper 20s to low 30s across the region keeping the Freeze Watch in effect until 9 am. Afternoon highs will reach the upper 40s to 50s. Rain chances once again Thursday night into Friday.
